Girlguiding UK is the United Kingdom’s largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women, with about 575,000 members including about 65,000 trained volunteer adult Leaders.
Girlguiding UK enables girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world. Girl Guiding has been part of Eltham Park since 1913, three years after the movement began and we have thriving Rainbows & Brownies sections
Rainbows are girls aged five to seven who have fun! They take part in games and activities as part of their programme called the Rainbow Roundabout. Everything a Rainbow does helps her to develop and to think for herself, in a safe girl-only environment.
Our Rainbows meet on Thursday evenings from 5.45pm to 7pm.
Brownies are girls aged seven to ten who have fun! Their meetings are full of challenges, games and activities, usually ones that the Brownies have suggested themselves.
Our Brownies enjoy outdoor activities and anything to do with making food.
Brownies meet on Friday evenings from 6pm to 7.30pm.
There are waiting lists for Rainbows and Brownies so if you are interested, please go to the Girlguiding website and register your daughter.
